MySpookyPet ships pet Halloween costumes to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard processing time is 1-2 business days before your order ships. During high-volume periods (like the weeks leading up to Halloween), processing may take up to 4 business days. You'll receive an email once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States & Canada: 4-12 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 4-12 business days
- All other countries: 8-19 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can vary based on local courier services, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to become active. For tracking help, contact myspookypet@gmail.com.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address, but if we make an error entering your info, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows no updates for 20 days, your package is considered lost. Contact us at myspookypet@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check around your property and with neighbors, wait 1-2 business days for possible redelivery, and file a claim with your local post office. Reach out to us if you need help.
